I have pretty much finished up the detail on the clock tower, time to move onto the roof.

Fukkin' wow! I've been following this post since the beginning and, wow; I'm speachless. You are seriously very talented Dan my man.

I tried, and tried, and tried to figure out which location you were building. I feel incredibly stupid now that I know what it is.. I shoulda been able to figure it out since the beginning.

Here is another update. I got some more of the roof done but lack of photos on the backside has me guessing some stuff so it may change a little.

Current render time 5 min 47 sec.

So if you were to 3D model say. . . . a gigantic Kirkbride building, it may take longer?

It may be "gigantic" but it is lacking in complicated architectural detail. This project makes Old E look like a shoe box.

Your going to add that small section that sticks out right? Maybe I should make a trip back up there to get some photos so your building is 100% accurate. :P

What I really need is the back of the building and the roof over the chapel/auditorium.

There has been a slight change in the project...

The previous will be finished as a model of the clock tower only.

I know what the new project is! Good choice too, however I was digging the clock tower and think you should keep working on the rest of the structure once you finish this new project.

I was loving the last model.. but I'm bound to like this one much more. The finished product should look great! Great start Dan!

That building will be there forever... And possibly even more acessible than it is now if they allow public access to the point and civil war cemetery.
